Princess shoes. Pink, fluffy, sparkly princess shoes. That’s what started it all. Malls are a wonderous place to kids. There’s the food court with a variety of delicacies. Clothes boutiques where the opportunities to play dress up are limitless. There’s also the toy store: a heaven on Earth for playful children, and I was one of them. The toy store was an addiction for me. Getting lost in its maze of aisles was a routine of mine every single time I visited. Well, nearly every single time. On one particular visit, I, a little four-year-old, got lost in the mall. Now, people often go through difficult passages in life where the feeling of lostness is needed in order to complete a task. They will feel lost in their emotions, in their soul, and in their confidence. Only in losing themselves will they find who they are. At a very young age, I found some connection with this lesson. By adapting to a situation where one is lost, people are sent down a road of self-discovery and find their true nature in tests that teaches them how to use resources,
