Pro Gun Control Arguments

Since 1982, there have been at least 85 public mass shootings across the country, with the killings unfolding in 34 states from Massachusetts to Hawaii. Due to these mass shootings, the left side/liberals believe that the United States’ government needs to act and create and enforce gun control laws. Some people view all guns, no matter the purpose, as malicious and there is too easy of access to own a gun. We are given freedom of speech, religion, the right to bear arms, quartering soldiers, security in our persons and seizures, and so on. Nobody seems to remember why we have these rights. Returning to the main topic, the second amendment was created to protect the people from tyrannical government actions that would take away our rights.
