Professionalism In Children
The rating on quality, interest and professionalism is 4.5. The work was not perfect but it was really good in terms of quality based on the fact that the writer covered all the major issues when it comes to attachment styles in children. The professionalism was evident in using references. The interest was slightly lower hence the lack of perfect score as it was really flat and not captivating to the audience.
On the issue of appearance and organization, rating is 4. The organization of the information was good. This is because the information was organized systematically starting from the definition to effects and how to improve on these effects of attachment styles. The appearance is what dropped the rating mark from perfect score based

I would rate my project a 8.0 because the project did work, but not as we expected. We thought our project was pretty good, but wasn’t better than the others. There were some things that help our project successful. But the most successful thing of all was the ramp at the beginning. I thought that it was the most important because it gave enough velocity to the marble for it to roll all the way to the end.…

Later the work becomes a little repetitive but the points made are valid. The focus of the essay seems wayward on occasion with the student more concerned with what the book teaches the reader. The final paragraph sums up the essay reasonably well. However, there is much to praise in this essay. The student constantly quotes from the text and her quotations are well chosen and supported by intelligent comment. On the other hand, it is a little disorganised and does not stay firmly fixed on task. It would seem that the student has decided on her list of qualities and then given examples to support her points. She misses the chance to link the qualities to the reaction they inspire in the children. This is Band 4 work and deserves a mark of 29. There is no doubt that the student’s engagement with text is good,…

1.1- Effective communication with children is important because it contributes to their everyday learning. Positive relationships with children, young people and adults are made via effective communication, therefore communication is very important through the means or gestures and spoken language. Having effective relationships with parents and adults adds to pupil support if the communication is strong and effective, ie if there is mutual understanding between the parents and teachers at school the whole learning process will be smoother than if parents and teachers did not get along and communicate. Lack in communication can sometimes lead to mis understandings.…

Three professional skills you need when working with children are organisation because you need to be able to plan what lesson or activities you are going to do and make sure no one is using the equipment you are going to need, you also need to make sure you plan your time well so that your lesson finish on time and by the end of the day. You need to organise you’re resources so that you know where everything is and it is easy to find so you can get it straight away instead of having to look for it and waste lesson time. You need to be organised so that you can plan what to do for the day for example you have decided to do some painting with the class for the first lesson so before the children come to school get the paint and paper ready so as soon as you have marked the register you can start, a consequence of poor organisation would be that if the teacher didn’t know what they was going to do and then decided to paint they would start late and then the lesson would end latter and if someone wanted the paints after the lesson they would have to start late as well. Teamwork is when a group of people work together in a team to support one another, be patient and listen to everything everyone has to say, make sure everyone says their opinion because there need to be lots of communication. You also need to be honest if you don’t think that something a good idea you should say, try and find out everyone’s strength and area which need to be developed. If you work as a team you know you can ask for help and you haven’t got to do all the work by yourself you can share the responsibilities. If you don’t work in a team, you will find thing harder and you’ll do everything alone. In an early years practitioner the people that make up a team would be the manager, the deputy manager, teachers, teaching assistants and trainees/ students. Behaviour is very important as children role model you if they see you behaviour in a bad way or see you speaking in a bad way and they may…

Children can be taught early in life to not be happy with who they are. Parents, teachers, peers and the media all can influence if a child is happy with who they are. If they are not “normal” like other children, they can be made to feel as if they are wrong and feel bad about themselves. This is why my primary goal in working with children is to encourage them to be happy with who they are.…

My highest rating was “Annoying social behaviors of others” I gave this a 5. I detest incompetence, prejudice, negligence, un-necessary anger, and bad manners, pretty much anything that can and should be controlled by any individual. I currently work with children between the ages of 5 and 16. These behaviors are very common in children, I am able to “forgive” such behaviors in adolescence as they are still learning, but it is very hard to forgive the parents when it is obvious that they are not doing their part. It is also harder to tolerate in the older group of children, as they do know better whether they have been taught by parent or teacher and choose to play the card anyway.…

When communicating with others it is important to consider the context in which you are working. You will need to adapt the way you communicate in different situations. It is likely that you will do this automatically without even realising you are doing it – for example, you should use more formal language and behaviour whilst in a meeting or discussing matters with a senior member of staff.…
