b. The commercially available communications services used
c. Link or connection speed / bandwidth
d. Equipment and devices in use
e. All other relevant materials and resources
2. Detailed description the local area network (LAN) connection of the Head Office and each of the remote sites such as but not limited to:
a. Cabling design diagram
b. Applied network topology
c. Applied VLAN implementation and IP network segmentations table
d. Network devices in use and its technical specifications such as the no. of ports and speed
e. Cables and cabling accessories in use and its specifications
f. All other relevant materials and resources
3. Routing table for each routers in tabular form
4. Detailed description of the Internet connections such as but not limited to:
a. Commercially available Internet service used
b. Internet access distribution and control
c. Internet – dependent services (websites, email, etc.)
F. Detailed description of the systems infrastructure
1. List and descriptions of the various business and service related application systems
2. List and descriptions of the Computer hardwares used for each of the application systems
G. Detailed description of the network security implementation
1. List and descriptions of network security implementations such as but not limited to:
a. Access Control (Optional)
b. Application-based TCP port
