Scope
The following project plan outlines the problems and solution details that our team will be working towards achieving for the case study presented to us from the project. It is the request of the case study that we develop a final report that presents a planned schedule and expected project completion time in workdays, including a project network as well. The solutions to these request will be completed by our team through our online discussions and group meetings. Our analysis of the case study, will help us understand the problems presented to our team, which in turn will allow us to produce a report of high standard for our supervisor.
