PROJECT PROPOSAL

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Project Title: Proposed Upgraded CCTV Cameras for Engineering Building, Natividad Hall. Type of Project: Security.
Date of Implementation/Duration: Starting from End of School year 2013-2014 and before the classes starts end’s the project.
Area of Project Implementation: Bulacan State University, Main Campus.

INTRODUCTION

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point (P2P), point to multipoint, or mesh wireless links. Though almost all video cameras fit this definition, the term is most often applied to those used for surveillance in areas that may need monitoring such as banks, casinos, airports, military installations, and convenience stores.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

To Add CCTV cameras surrounding corridors. To Ensure Safety in the Building. Replace All the Cheap and Not working cameras. To prevent crimes. To protect students and faculty. Anti-Cheating, Vandalism and damaging of school properties.

STRATEGIES Size the building, set the spots for the cameras. Get a copy of the plan of the building. Consult the dean of the college of engineering. Gather and have a meeting for the guards to teach them how to operate the security cameras. Ask for help from the Organization leaders for the budget. The Org must assign personnel in every level. They must conduct regular inspection for the CCTVs. * *
