Proper Ways to lift weights What is the proper ways of weight lifting? You don't have to be a weightlifter to know the correct ways of lifting weight. When done correctly, it can help you lose weight, also increase your strength and muscle tone. Correct form, Proper stretching, and warms up are the proper ways of weight lifting. Warm ups helps get your blood flowing and your heart rate up. It's good to start out slow and gradually work your way up. Walking would be good way to start out. While you're warming up remain constant, so your heart rate won't drop all suddenly. Warm ups should lasts at least to five to ten minutes tops.
Proper form should be performed and done right. Without the right form, many injuries could happen and you
