Many of our fellow Filipinos specifically Bulakeños suffer from mild and even severe stress. This might be due to economic instability, genes, and different problems an individual may encounter. This condition can be referred as Neurosis or psychosis in general terms. Neurosis is a mental disorder that involves distress but should not be mistaken already as psychosis. Psychosis is a condition when someone is actually said to “loss contact with reality”.
As I can actually observe in our surroundings, some of our fellow Bulakeños suffering from such cases doesn't seem to be given enough attention. You will actually see them roaming around the streets, sleeping along the sidewalks and some are actually staying in their homes but are being chained or placed in a locked room where they cannot go along with others or maybe their families doesn't want them to cause trouble for them and for others. Abandoning may be caused by their families lacking the willingness to take care of them and some are actually being ashamed that a member of their family is under such condition. And those cases that they are seen all day roaming along the streets and those who are locked up can definitely be because of lack of facilities where they can be treated and be given proper and adequate medical attention. Which I think is not suppose to happen.

I am aware that we already have a Mental Facility in Mandaluyong but this one will be concentrating on the needs of Bulakeños. Others may say that this might be not that necessary but I am barely convinced that there is really a need for this kind of facility in our Province. I am not stating that a lot of
