Based on my knowledge, every company will require the applicants to submit a resume to them in order to hire a helpful employee. The employer will always ask the applicants to write down their education achievement in order to compare the employees' resume with others. Thus, if there are standardize testing, then people who have taken good scores on the test can write their scores on the resume and have more opportunities to get hired by the company. Based on the education comparison, the company may also be easier to find a person who is conducive to the company.
