The initial assessment which including the health history details and a complete psychosocial assessment should be performed to assist in the plan of care. Health care worker develop a full plan of care which include the woman and her family (2).

Identify strength and resources within the support system.
Identify factors that may cause anxiety and stress.

    On April 22nd I completed the Measuring Empathic Concern and Personal Distress instrument.
