"Operations keeps the lights on, strategy provides a light at the end of the tunnel, but project management is the train engine that moves the organization forward."
Over the last decade, industrial and business organizations began to understand the benefits of organizing work around complex projects. At that time, people have incorporated the idea of project management in the construction of monuments and various other architecture. It started to be pursued as a major discipline in the corporate companies. At the same time, massive technological change has created an interconnected, world that presents companies with an array of challenges and opportunities that couldn't even be imagined in the past.

My name is Turki AlMani. I was born in Saudi Arabia in 1989. Throughout the years, I have always been living with my family. As the older brother, I considered myself as a lucky one to have parents who always support me on my education.

Since I'm studying at school, I have been enthralled by incredible feature of physics, which is the most fundamental of all sciences. This thought stimulated me to choose the physics as a major in my bachelor degree at King Saud University. During that time when I was studying at the university, i used to be the leader of my physics classes groups, which made me realize that without good management skills the work will be useless. That was my first sign to think about project management as a master major, and how is that important to me and my future career.

In the summer of 2011, I started to focus on solar energy field, especially on solar cells because it is the most readily available source as well as the most important of the non-conventional sources of energy. Which made me to titled my graduation project by "Measurement of Minority Carrier life-time in silicon ". The purpose of the graduation
