The correct positions for the hands of the performer are to be slightly down the top of the stick handle (as shown in the picture to the right). The left foot of the performer should be pointed towards their target. Their body (and back foot) should be perpendicular to their target (left shoulder facing the target) or slightly open towards the right of your target. The first point of contact with the ball should be in line with the performer’s front foot. When swinging for the ball, bend your knees and keep low.
