This question is definitely wrong because doesn’t make sense to call the waiting time in the emergency room as excellent , poor, or good, etc. The waiting time in the emergency room can be measured as long or short, or specified as 5 min,10 min,1 hour, more than 1 hour …show more content…
It is not asking about other feelings that people try in their life and make them feel happy or enthusiast.
3.We live far away from the community health clinic.

This statement represents a negative conclusion about the absence of medical service near a neighborhood. It pushes the people to think in a negative way. The question could be, for example “how far from the community health clinic do you live”, or “Do you live near the community health clinic in your area?”
4.Alcohol abusers are always liars: 1 2 3 4 5 6 The question is wrong, first, because starts with (let say )an accusation against people who like drinking a lot. It is not expressed nicely or politely. Second, it doesn’t explain what represents each number ,which number should be considered a positive answer and which one a negative …show more content…
Usually doesn’t happen this situation. That’s why this question shouldn’t belong in survey or at least some changes should be done in the question. 7.Had you seen your physician prior to coming to the emergency room? Yes No This is a wrong question, because people in emergency cases go right way to the emergency room ,where the medical service is faster and where all the equipments and doctors are available to save people’s life. They don’t want to waste time going to the physician office in those cases. 8.When the pain/ discomfort is at its worst, I would describe it as… 0 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 None Excruciating It doesn’t make sense when the pain or discomfort at its worst, it is described as “None”. I can’t believe that anyone to feel ok in this situation. Also , for the numbers from 01 to 09 isn’t described the pain’s
