The concept
Right from ancient times, when the State was not formed, people have taken to the production and exchange of commodities by various simple methods. Or to put it another way, the life history and economic development of the State long before appeared and given nx regulatory to adjust the socio-economic relations with the advent and development of socio-economic relations, disputes arise and set needs to be addressed so that a fair and reasonable in the context of socio-economic and political.
The term "conflict" is generally understood as a disagreement, conflicts of interests and obligations arising between the parties concerned. These disagreements, conflicts can arise from social relations by many branches of the law governing the sector, they are called laws. For example: Disputes over wages between workers and employers are called labor disputes. Similarly, civil disputes, land disputes ... the dispute is clearly related to the economic interests of the parties.Thus they can be referred to as economic disputes in a broad sense. Another characteristic of economic disputes in a broad sense that the actors involved in this relationship is not intended to seek profit.
