Rapunzel By Jacob And Wilhelm Grimm
In the short story Rapunzel, wrote by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, the sorcerer sheltered the girl away from all people and trouble, to protect her. Not knowing she would go against her will and does something that she will not approve of. I will explain how parents try to do what is best for their children, but they become too protective and the children straw away from what their parents was teaching them. Also I will explain when is it time to let your children make their own mistakes and learn from them? You should never baby your child and do everything for them. When your children grow older, they will not know what to do when a situation is at hand. They will expect their parents to fix it since they have always done so in the past.

When she ate the plant her craving got worse, so he went for the second time to get the Rapunzel for his wife. Then the sorcerer caught him. The sorcerer told the husband he could have all the Rapunzel plants as he wanted just as long as if he and his wife would give up their first child. The sorcerer raised her until she was a teenager. She put her away in the middle of nowhere in a castle and put her away in the very top of it. One day she was singing in her room while a prince over heard her and the prince said he wanted to come to the top of the tower where she was. So she let her hair down and he climbed up. When the sorcerer figured out what was happening she cut Rapunzel hair off and banished her in to the forest. Then the prince came to the castle again and said “Rapunzel let down your hair”. He climbed up the hair, when he got to the top he realized it wasn’t Rapunzel, it was the sorcerer. She pushed him out the window and fell into thorns that went into his eyes and he became blind. One day he heard a voice that reminded him of a sound he had heard once before. He followed the voice and came to realize it was Rapunzel. She ran to him crying of joy, and her tears were magical when they went into his eyes and he could see again. He saw his two twin babies that he didn’t know he
