Rebuttal To Rapunzel
Rebuttal to the Rapunzel Story by the so-called Wicked Witch.
Rapunzel said many bad things about me that are all false. I felt very hurt when I was called a witch just because I have a mole on my chin (which is not a wart), and because I have a long German nose, and wear black hats. In addition, I am certainly not wicked and I happen to be a very nice person. My only fault was that I spoiled Rapunzel rotten because I loved her so much. This is the true story of Rapunzel.

I desperately wanted a child, but I was unable to bare children. Therefore, I envied my next door neighbors because they had a beautiful baby girl named Rapunzel. Unfortunately, they neglected and abused her. I felt so sorry for poor Rapunzel that I offered to adopt the baby myself and raise her as my

In addition, I cut Rapunzel’s hair in a short, fashionable style to relieve her severe headaches caused by her extremely long, beautiful hair. In the meantime, I heard that the local prince had taken a fancy to Rapunzel, but she was only 14 years old and too young to date.

Then one evening, as I was having my usual mother-daughter talk with Rapunzel, the prince had the nerve to climb up the tower. I guess some people think just because they have money and power that they can do whatever they want. Anyway, when the prince climbed in the window, he accidently fell on my gardening rake and poked his eyes out. I ran for help, but by the time I came back with a doctor, the prince was gone.

Since Rapunzel was hysterical, I thought she needed a vacation, so I sent her to a comfortable resort in Hawaii. Eventually, the prince found Rapunzel, her tears cured his eyes, and they were married like the story was told. However, they did not live happily ever after. Instead, Rapunzel ran off with some heathen that burglarizes castles for a living. To this day, she has never even contacted me, after all I have done for

Once again, it is up to her fairy godmother and the prince to rescue her from a life of cruelty. Marriage is her ultimate goal, as it is seemingly her only chance at escape. The movie revolves around beauty and impressing others. Cinderella could have easily gone to the ball in her everyday clothes, but instead she knew that she needed to wear something fancy to impress the men she might meet. Additionally, the prince falls in love with her before they even speak, contributing even more to the idea that beauty is the most important. Despite the fact that she disobeys her step-mother’s orders to not go to the ball, Cinderella still manages to embody innocence and remain submissive to those around her (Baker-Sperry…

Immediately Rapunzel was taken out of her mother’s custody, as a prison was certainly no place to raise a child, and as her heartbroken mother had already proved she could barley look after herself, therefore Rapunzel’s life was left in the hands of social services. That very day, little Rapunzel was driven 120km away from her mother’s prison and was left in a small foster home in one of Frankfurt’s suburbs, Kronberg. The little foster home was known as ‘Turm House’ and only needed one matron to care for the orphans and provide them with an education. Her name was Fraulein Hexe, who unfortunately was known for her ghastly personality and rigorous regulations. If the orphans were to ever violate her rules, she would relocate them to the loathed attic bedroom in isolation from the rest of the…

From generation to generation stories are always changing. Fairy tales like Cinderella go from mean step sisters to nice sisters, fairy god mother to a tree. After reading 5 different versions of Cinderella I had to choose which I would decide to read, above the others to my favorite child. After difficult thinking I have chosen the Walt Disney’s version of Cinderella for many great reasons. I have chosen the Walt Disney’s version because I feel it is the most fitting for children over all the others which are best suitable for older teens.…

Disney movies have been around for decades. Almost all of Disney’s movies have a moral or a special meaning to them. Some are to learn what is right and what is wrong, and some are to get through tough situations. The most well-known Disney movies are the princess movies. All of the princess movies have a common theme, a girl who is not that high up ends up getting the man of her dreams, which is usually a prince. Every Disney princess finds their relationships in a way that in reality would be very not likely. They give false representations of relationships. In reality, young teenage girls do not run away and disobey their parents to go get married. Most girls are not going to find a prince when the time comes, and nobody gets married at the age of sixteen or seventeen.…

If she offended him with the whole name thing, he wasn’t showing it. So maybe she didn’t offend him, she hoped she hadn’t . “Well the name Gill is not very common, its unique and unique is good.” She stated with slight shrug of her shoulders. Her head tilted off to the side as she looked at the male. She was debating whether or not she should tell him why she traveled halfway across the world. “Well,” She spoke in a soft voice. Straightening her head up she gave it a light shake. “I am searching for information about the floating lanterns. They happen every year on my birthday, I would really love to see them in person, even if it is just for a second or two.” She decided that being honest with the male across from was the best thing to do.…

It all started when he called out, "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, Let down your hair." She fell for it because her godmother is the only one that yells for her. When they met each other, they both agreed that he would only visit in the evenings, which means they would be having sex. A few days later, Rapunzel spilled the beans, "Tell me, godmother, how is it that you're so much harder to pull up than the young prince?" The godmother grew angry and knew she was having sex with the prince.…

The fairy tale I chose was Rumpelstiltskin. The fairy tale is about a miller’s daughter whose father tells the king of the kingdom that she can spin gold. When the king heard this, he threw her in a room and tells her that if the room isn’t filled with gold from the straw, she will pay with her life. The miller’s daughter doesn’t have a clue on how to spin straw to gold so she sits on the floor hopeless and starts to cry. Then a little man walks in and asks her what is wrong. She tells him her situation and he offers to help but at a certain price. Her necklace. She agrees and he spins all the gold by morning and leaves. The king walks in and is pleased with all the gold. He takes her to another room and says the same thing as the night before but this room is bigger. Again the daughter has no idea on how to spin straw to gold so she starts crying. The little man walks in the room again. He tells her that he will spin it all for her ring. The daughter agrees and falls asleep while he works. He does his work and leaves again. The king comes in and is again pleased with the daughter’s work. He takes her to another room, twice as large as the others and tells her that if she is able to spin it to gold by morning, she will be queen. The king leaves and once again she starts crying. Again the little man returns and asks what the daughter will give him if he spins the straw. She says she has nothing left to give. The little man tells her that when she is queen, she must give him her first born baby. She agrees seeing that she has no other way out. The man does his work and leaves. The king comes and sees the work she has done as marries the daughter. She becomes queen and years pass. She has a baby but doesn’t remember the agreement she made with the little man. One day the little man returns and asks for the baby. The queen begs for him not to take her baby. The little man gave her one more chance. The little man told her that if she guessed his…
