The signee RAUL JAIMES JR, agrees to the terms and conditions provide by the holder CHIEF GUEVARA, stating as follow; in order for the signee to excel as a Junior Enlisted Sailor, he shall follow the following recommendations;

- Involvement in a minimum of one committee per quarter including but not limited to Command sponsored events (i.e. Corpsman Ball, Christmas Event, etc.), JEA, CGOSC, CATT, Working Party, etcetera.
- A minimum of three volunteer hours on a weekly basis totaling to twelve volunteer hours on a monthly basis
- Active participation in educational courses to include; Navy Knowledge Online, US MAP, JPMC, E-Learning, etcetera.

This binding agreement will set forth a precedence that will guide the signee in learning about
