In computing the student’s grade manually will make the user hard especially when it is intended to submit within a short period of time, not easily to find errors which are to be corrected and lot of hassle. As we started to expose ourselves to the face of new technology, it is about time to used them as our resources, or create and develop a specialized system in order to cater and to answer the problem which most of the school has, specifically Banilad Night High School.
The common problem and the present situation of the school is when they compute the grades of their students manually which may contribute a lot of hassle, hardship, pressure , redundancy , time consuming to the teachers as the main user in computing the grades. Even though some of them use the Microsoft Office Excel for the grades computation but still there are some who are not expose in managing and operating the excel document that requires a better experience in the said software. In the specific Microsoft Office program, you still need to do some operational formulas to get and compute the student’s grade and still your experience in this program may vary.
To make it real in the technological world, the researchers find it hard, difficult and more hassle if the teachers continue practicing and computing grades manually or by using Microsoft Office Excel. The researchers found out and decided to create and develop a specialized system which is less hassle to the users, and can automatically compute the grades of the students based on the inputted requirements/factors.
This study is necessary because its result will contribute a big help to the school particularly in Banilad Night High School, as the new system can reduce pressure, less hassle, easy management and automatic result.
