RemoteApp
Once you have successfully connected to the
Amazon VPN, you will need to access RemoteApp.
1) You will need to either open Internet Explorer and type in the following URL or double click the RDWeb shortcut in your
Amazon folder. https://csrdsue.amazon.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx RemoteApp Login
Log on with the following pattern, replacing your username where it has the brackets and the word username and your Windows password where it says password:
ANT\<username> and Windows password
ant\username

The landing page provides 6 folders. Open the folder appropriate to your language:
1) Below is a directory map for your convenience. You will only utilize your language folder and productivity folder.
2) You can click the folder with the green up arrow to return to the previous directory

Launching RemoteApps
1) Click on CSC-Firefox-US to open CSC. It is advisable in this case to keep a list of bookmarks handy so that you can access the tools you use all the time. (Image 1)
2) You may receive a warning pop-up. Go ahead and select Connect. (Image 2)
3) The RemoteApp window will appear indicating that the connection is being made to the server. (Image 3)
4) When the connection is made, a new icon will appear in the task bar and the application will open on your desktop. Notice the circle with the >< brackets on the Firefox icon, this indicates it is being served from the server and not on the actual desktop. (Image

5) When finished with an application just click on the X in the upper right corner of the application. The session will be closed by the server after two hours of inactivity.
Each application will ‘lock’ after 10 minutes of inactivity. You will need to sign back in if it locks.
6) Navigate back to the Productivity folder and we will review more Apps.
