Independent ContraCtor’s agreement Independent contractor—subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the company (Road Runners Delivery Service) hereby engages the contractor as an independent contractor to perform the services set forth herein, and the contractor hereby accepts such engagement. Duties, terms and compensation—The contractor’s duties, are as follows: The contractor agrees to pick up from local restaurants all orders and to deliver them in a timely and efficiently manner to customers ordering from www.rr-delivery.com. You agree to perform such duty with excellent customer service skills, in a kind and giving manner. You agree that any concerns or problems with such delivery will be reported through the appropriate chain of command immediately so that it may be rectified. You agree that your territory you are assigned to is your responsibility to learn or otherwise engage a service of how to find that customer via MapQuest, GPS, or other means, but that it will not delay you in your deliveries. You agree you are responsible for all advertising efforts to bring more business in your area, via campaigns, promotions, passing out of flyers or face to face contacts. All advertising must be pre approved before done. Road Runners will provide logos and needed materials for a small fee per request. You agree if you can not show up for a scheduled shift that you will have made your own arrangements for a replacement and notify Road Runners at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so can impact this contract leading up to cancelation of said contract. You will provide your own vehicle keeping it in good maintenance, gas, cell phone and internet access for the purpose of doing said work. Term of this contract is valid from the date signed for a period of 1 year. Contract may be cancelled from signee if given in writing a 15 day notice of intent to quit.
