Re-Collaboration With Nurses In Home Care

Jennifer, I also provide teaching to my patients and their families since the first day of admission. This process is continuous and day-by-day they learn more about the skills, starting with simple things. Sometimes, when the procedure is very difficult for them to do, home health companies continue to care of patients, and nurses from home health come to our rehab facility to access patients and ask us how to provide specific wound treatments. Some of patients are panicking in the beginning, because they do not know how to perform the treatments at home.
