FILE MENU (Alt + F)
New: It is used to create a new file.
Open: To open a save file.
Close: To close the current file.
Save: To save the file.
Save as: to save the file to another name of current file.
Version: to show the date and time and also we give the comments.
Page setup: To change the page setting.
Print preview: To show the preview before print.
Properties: To show the properties of current file.
Exit: To close the MS WORD PROGRAM.
EDIT MENU (Alt + E)
Undo: to reverse the last command.
Redo: to forward the last command.
Cut: to cut the select area etc.
Copy: to copy the select text area etc.
Paste: to paste the cut and copy area.
Select all: to select all the text at a time.
Clear: to find the selected area.
