Recollection of the Unexpected In My Life

Reminiscing is something that I like to do. However contemplating on

the path I chose made me realize I had overlooked someone of importance. When I first met Bryan, he was dating my friend. I was sixteen years old and learning about the jerks in the world, for this is how I felt towards Bryan. I Understand that everyone we meet impact our lives. I have always felt like everything happens for a reason

My explanation for Bryan and my cousin to have had such a short time here on earth is called

karma. It is my belief that for everything wrong that a person does in this life there will be pay back for the wrong. I know that my uncle accidentally ran over a young man riding a motorcycle and his father paid off the family to keep him out of trouble. Also Bryan’s father was incarcerated for sixteen years out the twenty six years his son was alive. Bryan’s father could be compared to a gangster, in which taking of one’s life is not a troubling issue. Both bragged on the acts they committed.

May 16, 2006 while riding a motorcycle my cousin lost control and crashed resulting in his

death. He was twenty three, same age of his father’s victim Paul was my uncle’s only child. June 20,
2006 was warm and sunny, blue skies puffy white clouds, could not have asked for more. It also is my sister’s birthday, now every year on that day I remember what happened to Bryan .Every year until this year I have visited with Bryan’s dad and talk about Bryan. His father did not try to have much of a relationship with Bryan .Actually about two weeks before he died a conversation between him and I occurred in which he talked about his personal feelings. He so desperately tried to connect with his

Four teens are lucky to have survived a December 26 car crash. The teens were traveling along Route 46 when the driver and front seat passenger started fooling around. The passenger grabbed the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to veer off the road. The car slid on the grass, struck two snow plow blades, and ultimately came to a stop between two parked vehicles. Although all four occupants of the vehicle complained of pain, none of them were hurt enough to seek medical attention. While these four teens survived this crash with only minor injuries, others in similar situations are not always as lucky. The second face of Bryan Adams, took shape almost instantly after Hogan set down the ground rules of their trip: ‘the mean, watchful look’. Although that face quickly disappeared and replaced itself with the wide-eyed innocence like a ‘harmless refugee from Wayne’s World’, Hogan could not help but feel a sense of familiarity or even deja vu. To Hogan, he felt as though he was getting a quick peek of what Bryan was really like behind that 1st innocent face. From then on during the drive, Hogan knew he had to be on his guard whilst driving with Bryan; all the while, the young man reminding him more and more of the woman he picked up not too long ago.…
