Recycling Is Wrong Essay
I think that, recycling is the best idea ever. However i do think you should get fined for putting the wrong material in the wrong bin. However i do not like the proposal on radio-frequency identification computer chips being installed on bins. In the first passage, it states that, purchasing bins and hiring staff will cost money, Therefore manufacturing computer chips will only create more problems for city officials. In my next paragraph, i explain my position on these issues, due from experience.

As i child, ive always been in a household, where i have to take out the trash. From ages six on up, ive been in many situations where i had to seperate the recycles, from the actual trash. In experience,Kids make more mistakes as adults; so therefore the parents shouldnt have to pay for a mistake being made. Children also dont like to take the trash out, so they rush when doing so, creating a forming habbit of a possable mistaken identity of which bins the trash goes in. Ive myself know for a fact that, ive created habits of these mistakes. There is also some places where i lived, where there was no public light on the street, where the trash bins were set. I disagree with the law on fines be made in the GatesburgGoGreen initiative, because anyone and everyone makes mistakes, but not every mistake is you're fault.

Starting with experience, i know that when i get my own house, i do not want a chip installed on my bin because it can become a problem due to my privacy. Privacy is important to me because it gives you a state of comfort and relief. Comfort on being in your own house, having your own rules, and also spending your money the best way you think fits. Relief is coming from the joy of knowing that all youre hard earned money isnt being

The decision by the city commission to adopt curbside recycling is a step in the right direction — which is why we fully support its leadership on this issue. However, the decision by the city commission to make curbside recycling optional rewards the wrong behavior (polluting), and punishes the right behavior (recycling). Those who already recycle will choose to participate in curbside recycling and pay for it. Those who do not recycle…

I agree with Mr. Trippett’s argument on the scofflaws in America. Once everyone starts disobey laws chaos will ensue. People could possibly be hurting others or polluting the earth if they don’t dispose of waste properly and the noise could be highly irritating to some. In my experience with these scofflaws around the country I have almost be in an accident myself and I have actually picked up trash after someone else didn’t dispose of it. A lot of bad occurrences can happen when more and more people skirt these minor laws. Many accidents occur around the country and most are because of speeding and texting while driving. Many people litter and some don’t dispose of certain waste material properly which could cause pollution.…

4.1 The benefits of recycling are beneficial for the environment. As a Council we impose recycling on residents so, therefore, we must set an example and also recycle our waste as much as is possible. It is beneficial to recycle and irresponsible not to do so as there is a finite supply of paper/wood/glass, etc and plastic does not biodegrade readily so unless we recycle these items we add to problems of supply, deforestation and waste disposal…

In the future, if the recycling program is gotten rid of, it will have many negative effects on the environment and community. Without the program the landfills will fill up and people might find themselves living next to a dump. With liquids going into the landfills as well it could destroy wildlife. Many jobs will be lost if the recycling program is taken from us. This can harm a family deeper than people might think. Although there is a large cost for it, the recycling program is a necessity for the environment and the community around…

In todays world it is common knowledge of the issues with recycling and pollution. However, there is a way to help slow down the process of over-running our earth. A new initiative is being spoken about, three trash cans for each method of recycling:compost, paper and plastic, and landfill. Other ways include recycling centers, projects for turning your no longer useable items into recycled treasures. I firmly believe in adopting and putting these into practice in our United States with only minor changes. We only have one earth so we have to take care of it.…

When I was 10 years old, I learned that my older brother, Michael, was autistic. I always knew that life was more challenging for him, but I did not fully understand the impact of having an autistic family member until I was older. Michael was diagnosed in the early 1990’s, when there were limited to no resources and supports available for those with autism and for their families. Many people do not understand what life is like for people with Autism and how challenging it can be for them to function in society.…

Even though, the exact cause of compulsive hoarding is not known, hoarding is more prevalent among individual who exhibit certain disorders already. Hoarding is commonly regarded as a subtype of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), occurring among about one-third of the individuals diagnosed with the disorder (Frost12). However, only about one- fourth of those complaining or hoarding are reported as having OCD symptoms. According to author Randy Frost and Gail Steketee in the book Stuff, recent reports argue whether hoarding is part of OCD and suggests that hoarding may in fact be a disorder all its own separate from OCD but do however share some of the same characteristics (Frost12). Other preexisting disorders that have a tendency to lead to someone having a greater risk of also developing hoarding tendencies or…
