Description
The red fox has orangish-red fur on its head, sides, and back with a white underside on its neck, stomach, and chest. Its nose and mouth has a little point and has black legs. It also has a long, bushy tail with a black or white tip. The red fox has a bilateral symmetry with its weight around 6.5 to 25 lbs and its size or shape ranges from 18 to 33 in. When they are first born they have a brown or gray coat. By the end of the first month the pups have a red coat.
Habitat
The red fox is found in Central America, Central Asia, and Northern Africa.
They adapt in forests, mountains, deserts, and grasslands. It can also adapt to human territories like farmlands and large communities. They make their dens in wooded areas
