Referral Fee Process Case Study

As you have placed two outgoing referrals and the referrals are quality referrals, I wanted to make sure you knew the referral fee process.
Please note below the outgoing referral fee breakdown.
Regarding your outgoing referrals to San Francisco We can move forward with you placing the referral with your agent in Long Beach. However, please note that I still have to place the referral with Leading RE. The deduction is 20% from the 25%. For example, if the total commission to Nourmand is $5,000.00. This is how the fees will breakdown. Commission to Nourmand: $5,000.00
Fee to Leading RE: $1,000.00
Agent/Nourmand Split: $4,000.00
