By implementing the Public Relations (PR) Marketing Strategy, Falcon Advertising can attract more sales from the customers by providing them the highest degree of satisfaction on their demands towards our service. Falcon Advertising strongly believed that every customer is a unique customer who seeks for a very different and special advertising solution for them. At Falcon, we personalized every single advertisement for our customer ranging from the design, content and even the promotion and advertising strategy. This marketing strategy has becomes a new trend for today business market, and before the others competitor take their step to implement this strategy, Falcon Advertising make sure that we are a step ahead of them. According to Entrepreneur, Consumers today are plugged into multiple channels and served with personalized content at every turn. Netflix automates your movie recommendations, Amazon suggests products based on your viewing history, and Facebook delivers personalized news feeds that correspond to your tastes, preferences and behaviour. Promotion will be granted to those who made an agreement to advertise on Falcon Advertising’s booklet for more than 6 months. Besides that, customers can also customize their advertisement plan, including the date to advertise, the column, layout and of course the design and content. Falcon Advertising offers different package and pricing for different requirement from the customer. Price and package list will be further discussed in the next part of the report.
As the business agreed with the price, they will have to pay 20% of down payment of the total price, before proceed to the design and content creation process.
In the design and content creation, the Creative Head and Editor will conduct a discussion with the business and understand what they are asking for in their advertisement. Creative Head and Editor will then create a prototype for the advertisement which will be sent to the customer for the inspection. Falcon Advertising will make improvement and correction on the advertisement according to the advice from the customers. The process will be keep repeating until customers agreed with the final work.
As customers have agreed with the advertisement created, they will be required to make the full payment, which are the balance of 80% of the total
