difference. A leader should also be positive I admit I am not always positive but I am trying my best to be because I know how a simple smile can change your day. If I get the chance to be part of the team I will try my best to make everyone feel welcomed by encouraging them to join clubs and be part of something.
Latinos in action has not only made a difference for me but it has made a difference for the kids at Plymouth, even though there is hard times when I’m tutoring I truly do enjoy it. Tutoring has enlightened me to become a teacher in the future. With that being said I feel like I have gained many qualities during the time I was tutoring, to become one of the leaders such as being a good listener and knowing how to teach others. I know this is overly said but I feel like I do have the experience needed to be part of the leadership because my 8th and 9th grade years in junior high I was in the Peer Leadership team and I also gained leadership skills that I would like to put into use next year.
