Reflective Essay: Female Disparities And Loyalty

High school itself is a jungle of hormones and rage and at many points within a year things can subsequently boil over. Female discrepancies though far exceed the brutality of any male disagreement. Although I have learned the much needed talent of biting my tongue in any heated incidences, but in turn I have been acquainted with those who don’t have that ability. There always has to be the peace keeper in a large group of friends and many times that role falls upon me due to my ability to stay level headed when others are not able to do so. Though this does come in handy a number of times, it does not mean that I do not get passionate over the things that I care deeply about. Such as friends and family, as well as anything that might get in
Two of my main friends got in a highly intense dispute over rumors being spread, and this ultimately lead to charges being pressed against each other. And though I was not involved in anything happening, I was able to keep a good friend of mine away from what happened, which kept her away from having charges pressed against her herself. Though she did fight me against it and blamed me for what happened to the other girls, but eventually she did realize that I was correct in what I did for her. And that I did it out of caring and not pettiness. This incident has kept her out of the limelight at school, as well as keeping a perfect record. Though part of her does still wish she would have been there for the fight, I know that deep down she greatly thanks me for what I was able to do for her that day. And as a fiend I would do that for her anyway even if she would despise me for it. But I believe that that is what makes a good leader great. It is being able to do the right thing even though many people may not be fond of you at the end of the day, as well as doing the right thing when nobody is there to see you do it. These are the signs of a well-rounded individual and a prospective leader that is capable of doing great things. It is not the praise an individual gets from others, it is the praise he is able to give himself that truly
