I do not consider the procrastination activities that I partake in to be negative, therefore, I refer to them as “healthy” procrastination habits; surprisingly, they serve as one of the biggest sources of inspiration for my papers. This step of “healthy” procrastination usually involves cleaning, watching television shows, engaging in conversations and my social networks, and listening to music for certain lengths of time.
