Another thing that stood out for me in this week class, was in the video when one the guy talks about color people, some of my reaction to that, was it reminded me when I would always watch old time movie; that talks about slavery and how they used to call black individual and other non-minorities color people. However I am not too sure when I got the message that I was not meant to be notice, but this feeling of being invisible was something I dealt with and became use to it after a while. Furthermore, being invisible now, is something I notice that I used as a form of defensive, if I can make myself unseen, than I won’t have to deal with disappointment. Another thing that was mention in the book that stuck with me, was when they talk about how intelligent was measure by the pigment of your skin.
