Refugees Persuasive Essay

Should refugees be permitted a safe haven in the U.S? Yes, they should because of past practices and we will be protecting people from harm, it would be the right thing to do. But other people will think they will bring danger and illnesses with them. Stay tuned to learn more.

To start things off, refugees should be allowed in the U.S because of past practices that happened like the Holocaust, thousands of refugees went into hiding or went some place safer to get them and their family out that a bad place. Refugees would of done anything to keep them and their family out of harms way like Anne Frank and her family and another family they were hiding just above her fathers work spot they were taking a big risks and the people hiding them were too. But maybe some refugees are running from something like that or they jus want to start a new life and give their kids a good education make something out of themselves and we could help them with that as long as we gave them a chance.
Maybe there is a war going on where they are living and it is not a good environment for the family and they want to go some place safe for them and their family and we could provide that for them. Some families just live in a really bad environment and they want to move and have a better life for them and their family and we can also help with that too we can help these families have a better life a better environment to live in we could just provide for whatever they need. Maybe some just want protection from others or harmful things.

Furthermore, if we bring them in we would be protecting them and it is the right thing to do for them maybe they are just trying to run from harmful things in their life and we could protect them from that kind of stuff. If we bring them in we would be making new allies with other countries and that could help the U.S and it would be a really big difference for us too and it would be a difference for the family too but it would be a good difference to the both of us. So refugees would bring change to America but we don’t know if it would be a good or bad that’s why we should take a chance and do a good thing for some people they want it here because it is the best place to live and they want to live somewhere great. Refugees don’t live in great places where they live its probably not a good place for their family or for anyone but they would do anything for a better life for them and their family and the U.S could do that for them. America would be making a difference for them and for us we could trust new people and they would trust us and we would be making new allies with other countries and it would be a good thing for us it would change everything for us.

Lastly, you can’t forget the dangers that refugees would bring along with them.
One reason is that refugees would be bringing danger into the U.S and it would probably put all of us in danger and that would be a big risk to take. But refugees would also be bringing in illnesses to America they already have illnesses in the camps they stay in but the disease would spread in America and it would be a epidemic to all of us. If we let them in would be a catastrophe for us we don’t know what they would be bringing into the U.S or who we would be bringing we would be risking our lives and others lives too refugees would be risking others lives if we would be bringing them in America. Refugees would be bringing danger to us more people would be attacking us and more illnesses would be brought into America everything would be a mess with them in here everything would change for us it would go bad everything would take a wrong turn for us and them. Refugees would just bring madness into the
U.S.

In the end, refugees would bring good or bad but we don’t know for sure until we give them a chance. Is it worth finding out? Yes, I think we should give them a chance. Not all of them are bad. We aren’t supposed to judge a book by it’s cover.
