“RELAX! YOU’LL BE MORE PRODUCTIVE”

One of the main ideas that gives this text is to be clear what I do and where I want to go, therefore, when we are doing an activity must focus solely on that activity because we often want to do so many things at the same time and do not move to end or first.
To be productive we must maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, as we see in reading the secret is to renew our mind and body, because it is essential and one of the options that we offer is that we can make it work in our activities for 90 minutes at and then take a break and then return to work for 90 minutes and so on.
Another major point is the proper amounts of sleep so the next day wake up not tired, if not 100% performance and thanking God for another day of life, the spiritual is also connected with our body and that makes us feel alive and active.
Forcing our bodies with long working hours without rest does not mean that we are more productive, rather leads to a possible decay or disease, we must take into account that the world in which we live today is increasingly rapidly than before and if we expose our body to accelerated procedure may lose energy seriously.
In many cases, when we do not blame hard to be productive while we say that time goes fast and is the only culprit but we realize that we are truly wrong, so that productivity is not defined depending on the time we have pros and cons, but of how we distribute the time to be able to find in our business productivity.
Being highly productive takes time but we must start educating our body and mind in order to produce energy and achieve success in both health and professionally.
Another observation is that when we have so many activities previously allocate our time thinking about being productive, so do these activities but our mind is not highly relaxed to comply by 100 %, so we have complied with the duty but not with the lens, we are not satisfied with the results achieved, it is justified to

I tried the challenge given by the author and failed very quickly! I only could do it for approximately 1 hour and 48 minutes. It was also really hard for my mom, because I help her around the house and by each minute she became increasingly annoyed. I agree with the article that we are programmed not to relax, and to constantly be occupying ourselves with work. It was one of the hardest things to do.…
