RESEARCH METHODOLOGY This chapter discussed the locale of the study, instruments used and respondents of the study.
LOCALE OF THE STUDY

Location Map of BJA Trucking
BJA Trucking is located at E.S. Baclig Jr. Avenue, Pier 4, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It was started on March 5, 2011 by Mr. Jaime C. Arquillano.
RESPONDENTS OF THE STUDY The respondents of this study are Mr. Ceferino Mondejar, Operation Manager and some other staffs of BJA Trucking. They are the ones who are the knowledgeable enough to answer the problems posed in the present study. They answered the questionnaire that the researchers gave them which supplies the information the researchers need.
THE VARIABLES AND INSTRUMENT USED The proponents conducted an interview with Mr. Ceferino Mondejar, the Operation Manager of BJA Trucking, and used some related questions to get the needed information for the study. It is used to begin analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of the existing company.
We inter viewed Sir Ceferino Mondejar and here is the questionnaire:
