The Protect Life Act is a modification to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and it is designed to restrict the use of federal funds from being spent on the every health plan that contains any inclusion of abortion services. The bill terminates all contact between federal spending and abortions. It is aimed to see that no federal money is spent on abortions, abortion training, or abortion related services. In the bill it is covered that no funds are to be provided to any institution or health care facility that has any connection with abortion services or training. The sponsors of this bill are trying to distance the federal money as far away from abortion and anything related to abortions as possible. The bill is named the Protect Life Act, and that is what the sponsors are trying to accomplish, they are trying to protect life. They are also trying to save the government money by cutting spending on abortions. The sponsors are trying to create more resources in this time of economic struggle and evaluate the most important needs that need to be met. I agree with this bill and I think that it is beneficial for both the government and the tax payers. It is good that the sponsors are trying to distance the federal spending from something like abortion. Abortion is not something that should be taken lightly, and should be seen as the termination of a human life. I am a Christian and I believe that when someone aborts their baby then it is murder. Once the egg is fertilized then there is a tiny human being in process and destroying that is destroying the chance of that person potentially living a great life. Personally when I see the
