1. Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Endless problems of identifying what stimuli people find stressful another approach has been to understand the response that people have to stress. Thus if we know you are responding to stress we can also then try to identify the causes by Selye (2005). Stress has become an important term in everyday language, meaningful to most individuals found in society there are different sources of stress regularly encountered by most individual especially students. There are different causes of stress. First is poverty. It is the state of not having enough money to take care of basic needs such as food, clothing, and housing which consists of two important constructs namely lack of funds and other things to be used. It is also the deprivation of food, shelter, money and clothing that occurs when people cannot satisfy their basic needs. Second is illness (sometimes referred to as ill-health or ailment) which is a state of poor health, a disease, a sickness, or an indisposition. Third are the difficult subjects that require a lot of planning or effort to do, understanding, or dealing with the most difficult subjects that can’t be explained to the most slow-witted man if he has not formed any idea
