America’s unemployment is actually very low at the moment. The “Bureau of Labor Statistics Data” has the unemployment rate of February 2017 at 4.7% and it has been below 6% since late 2014 (Bureau of Labor Statistics Data). So to say that jobs are running low is not a good indicator as it has been in very low numbers. For America, baby boomers who were children in the post World War II era are now retiring and using their social security. So many are using their benefits, that it will be hard on the working class to support them. Since baby boomers are retiring, many jobs will open and we will have the refugees help and support the retiring class. Most Syrians have education available to them until the war broke out.
