Resiliency Training Narrative
Vivian,
In the Army we have training we must conduct twice a year called Resiliency training. The focus of the training is to assist us in having a more positive mind set. I personally deal with negative people by countering anything they say with my own positive comments. I do my best to point out the positive side in every situation. However, sometimes it does not have the desired affect. I have had people get mad and tell me that its unrealistic to always see the positive in a negative situation.
