The growth and overcoming challenges was also one of the most intriguing parts of this essay for me as well. It is amazing how resilience is a part of everyday
life that makes us better people. Resilience impacts life extremely and it can wither be stressful and cause depression or it can be beneficial and cause growth. I also enjoyed the breakdown in the essay on what it means to be and to overcome resilience. It was surprising the amount of impact that coincides with health.

Having a better understanding of how something life resilience effects your well being is an amazing source of knowledge. A lot of times we do not realize the consequences of negativity and how it can impact our health. Stressful situations might not be able to change, however having a positive outlook on the situation can lead to a happier life.
