Respect For Confidentiality

Respect for the dignity of humanity is about respecting the people I will be helping. If I am in a bad mood I need to leave it at home, the people coming in are coming for help and don't need to feel my anger. Going to the Doctors can be scary for little kids, and if I am gummy that could give them a negative vibe making it harder on the parents to being them in.
Respect confidential is not releasing anyone's person information, unless legally authorized. By leaving work talk to work, and not bring it home with me. People will trust me with personal information and I cannot go around sharing that with people. Just like how I wouldn't like it if someone shared my personal information with someone when I didn't want them to.
Continually improving on my knowledge and skills of medical assistants so I can help patients and colleagues. this way I can make sure patients are getting information and the help that they are looking for. if a colleagues has a question that I am not completely sure about, I'd research for the answer so i could get my faxes right but also making sure that my colleague knows the answer for the next time.
I need to be doing my job or no one is getting the help that they need. Just like in my personal life I wont someone going around sharing my information without my knowing.
Everyone has ethics that they need to follow in order to live by. Whether it be work ethics like respect for the dignity of humanity, respecting confidential, continually improving on my knowledge base, upholding the high principles of the profession, or even personal ethics these help shape and keep us knowing who we are and who we want to
