Response To Celena Cuellar's Censorship
In response Celena Cuellar ‘s allegations against me I like to clarify a few things.
First of all, she claims in court on August 12,2016 that she fears for her life, that I have a short tempter and she waited for the right time to leave the relationship. If that was really the truth in this matter She had several opportunities throughout our 9-year relationship including the times she committed adultery.
Second of all, On August 13,2016 as I arrived to the Visalia Police department for the exchange of the children Celena questioned me about not having a car. I explained that I rode the bus and I arrived before our meeting time to our designated point. She followed us as I walked with the children to the bus stop then pulled up and offered to

Cuellar stated That I was arrested on July 5th 2016 when in fact I was only detained. It was established in court that the court ran my background and I have a clear record. What Celena failed to mentioned is the real reason she left my home. It was not because she feared for her life but because she had no choice. I had asked her to leave because her Adultery ways.
As I mentioned in my declaration in my emergency order my children are being left with other people attached you will find that a doctor appointment is more important than witnessing a milestone in our son’s life. What really concerns me is that she claims in a posting that the kids have it made with her and her family when in fact the mother of my children has been on her own since the year 2007 at the age of 13 when I first met her.
My family took in Celena , Her mother and sister in the year 2008 Two weeks after we took in her family her Mother Anita Cuellar abandon her daughters in our home.
None of Celena family wanted the girls in their lives in fact my family was threaten because we would not let them roam the streets. It took 2 years before the father came for the girls.
In April 2012 Celena Mother tried to take our daughter Melodey away from Celena because she claimed she was an unfit mother .Celena surrendered Melodey over to me and my family temporarily and that did not sit well with her family

On November 28, 2008 our office received a phone call from a distraught woman, her name was Karla Girroir. She stated her husband was in a severe car accident while driving their antique mobile home back to their house on Thanksgiving’s Eve. I listened carefully, documenting her every word as she sobbed out the facts regarding her husband’s condition. I offered to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible with Janice Fisher, our attorney. She advised me she was unable to come in because her husband had fallen into a coma and she needed to be by his side. I stayed late waiting for Janice to finish up with her other clients. I couldn’t get Mr. Girroir’s case off of my mind and I had to speak to her before I could go home. I discussed the case with Janice and she immediately called Mrs. Girroir, I acted as a translator between Janice and Mrs. Girroir as she spoke very little English and fluent Spanish. We were advised that Mrs. Girroir had no way of transportation for herself or her twin daughters to come into the office. So Janice offered to meet her at the hospital.…

She recalled how censoring had increased dramatically, causing activists to protest in multiple education centers. Blume believes banning books from classrooms can decrease learning in real life situations. She recounted an experience with her own book being banned from children because it contained “explicit content”. Blume adds, she will continue to write to give students the right to books she was denied due to censorship.…

Senile, decrepit, wrinkles—are words that might pop into some people's heads when they think about the aged and elderly. Ageism is defined as a social construct that discriminates or holds stereotypical ideas about people of a certain age group (Blythway, 1995). While ageism can affect anyone, this paper will focus mainly on the discrimination of the aged and the elderly. Most people want to live long lives, consequently growing older as a result. The only alternative is to die young. Cultures such as that of Japan respect and honor their elders, yet our culture is obsessed with searching for everlasting youth, enduring Botox injections, face-lifts, and other forms of plastic surgery. Why does our culture go to such extents to avoid aging gracefully? This paper will identify the age at which one is considered an older person, describe ageism in the workplace and what has been done to prevent it, and reveal the proposed ideas to combat ageism.…

The corruption, bias, and censorship of American media and information is not a new concept but, as of the first few weeks of Trump’s presidency, it has become more noticed and criticized. Censorship in the US has existed in many forms and continues to do in to this day. Some of the least controversial and most commonly accepted versions are: privacy of identity, privacy of security information, and removal of graphic imagery. Though censorship has become more of a derogatory word thanks to observing years of aggressive censorship and propaganda in fascist societies such as Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, it still plays a role in even the most democratic nations and for an arguably good reason. That said, aggressive censorship and media control…
