Response To The Intervention ': Zachariah's'

Zachariah responded well to the intervention. Zachariah continues to make progress towards his goals Zachariah stated, talking back, fighting, not listening to mom, using profanity, when he get upset and refusing to do things when told to do so. Zachariah stated, that his behavior has cause him to have disagreements, with his mother and others, people talking about him negatively , being treated differently and not being able to make friend or keep friends. Zachariah stated, being suspended from school, losing privileges, being punished, and losing friends. Zachariah stated, take time out when he get angry, use coping skills, talk to his mother without yelling, use “I statement” and be compliant. Zachariah stated, when he is angry, being teased,
when he feel frustrated and overwhelmed about something. Ms. Due stated that Zachariah is not doing well in academically, due to the fact that he refuses to do in class assignments, home work and exams. Ms. Due stated that Zachariah is often reuses to complete assignment, as a way of getting suspended from school. Ms. Due stated that Zachariah act up in school because he want to be suspended. Ms. Due stated that Zachariah would refuse to do his work and ask, the teacher to call his mom so he can be sent home. Ms. Due stated that she would ask Zachariah to leave her classroom whenever he refuses to complete his assignments or is disrupt the class. Ms. Due stated that she has address with mom the issues of Zachariah wanting to be suspended, so he can be home with her. Ms. Due stated that Zachariah does not get along well with his peers and often has disrespect comments to the teachers. Mom stated, that she do not understand why Zachariah want to be home with her. Mom stated that she does punish Zachariah when he misbehave. Mom stated that Zachariah sometimes refuses to go to school.
