Responsibilities:

To regularizing the default loan of all branches and unit offices.
Maintaining liaison with related department for smooth operation.
Preparing default customer’s monitoring report on daily basis.
Finding out the reason for delinquency of the default borrower and report to the line manager.
Collecting latest address and contact number of customers and take appropriate steps to change.
