Executive summary

This report examines the business and its marketing communications. I have done this buy explaining a business as if it was mine and what there services are in this case a mobile beauty van bring the services of eyelash extensions and eyebrow pluck and tint to the person preferred destination.
I have made my analyses in comparing and explaining from different sessions in book 3 retail marketing. I have included bullet points of different types of media I am going to use to get the message out with the pros and cons of how it will or won’t work. I have included a short summary of the key communication messages using the smart model. And explained the 4ps price place promotion product and how I will use this in expressing my message across.

Part 1

A. Nature of retail business

My business would be a mobile eyes beauty van bringing the service of eyelash extensions in different colours and types make up and would also offer the services of eyelash removal and eyebrow pluck, thread and tint to the customer.
This would benefit the customers as there self confidence will go up and feel much more good about themselves which can change the relationship between my company and the customer marking them have more trust in the company and use the services again.

To keep track of my company doing well and customers staying happy I would have regular marketing audits where I look at my SWOT analysis as seen in book3 retail marketing session 2.4 swot analysis meaning strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and

    Carl Rogers is one of the pre-eminent psychologist of the twentieth century, founder of the client cantered approach to therapy he was able to break with conventions of his time and create new approaches. The work of Rogers was recognised in 1956 when he received the American Psychological Association 's Award for Distinguished Scientific Contributions (Faber, 1998).
