WHAT IS STRESS: stress is a complex psychological and psychological phenomina. It can be motivating experience that help us to et things done and stay focused .however too much stress can be unhelpful and at times problematic.
DEFINITION OF STRESS:
Stress is a natural physical and mental responses to an emotional strain or suspense. The human body responds to events that provide stress by activating the nervous system and specific hormones in the body
Stress is your body 's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.
Stress is the body 's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response.
DEFINITION OF EXAMINATION STRESS:
Exam stress is beneficial or not whether stress reached dangerous proportion in your child it is advisable to ponder causes of stress in children this will help you take careful and timely decisions
DEFINITION OF STRESS MANAGEMENT:
Stress management comprises a wide range of approaches to help you better deal with stress and adversity. Stress management might include problem-solving, prioritization and time management. Another approach includes enhancing skills to withstand adverse situations by improving emotional flexibility, finding greater meaning in life, increasing the sense of control and cultivating optimism. A third approach is to practice relaxing techniques, such as deep breathing, yoga, meditation, tai chi, exercise and prayer. Improving personal relationships is an important component of stress management.
