To sit on a range of member level bodies, including council meetings, reaching informed and balanced decisions.
To provide community leadership and promote active citizenship.
To adhere to the various codes of conduct and protocols relating to election as a councillor.
To participate in the cabinet and to implement agreed policies by taking responsibility, individually or collectively, for any portfolio allocated by the authority, including providing a lead on and proposing new policy, strategy, programming, budget and service standards, as well as acting as spokesperson within and outside the authority for the service/function.

To lead effective management of the international catalogue of products and excellence in customer communication for all catalogue related matters.
To work with International Portfolio Managers and the Head of International Marketing in the delivery of exceptional go to market activities for priority campaigns.
