ABSTRACT
Recently organization is focusing to make more profit. And organizations know the key to make more profit in this age of competition it is they need more productive employees. Organizations are now recruiting employee with high emotional intelligence so they can lead and balance team. As recruiting employee with high intelligence is not enough organizations are rewarding their employees by giving rewards so that employee can push further. But organization cannot be regional it has to be global to reach other market. And to reach global market organizations are using various communication techniques.

INTRODUCTION
Emotional intelligence is old wine in new bottle. It is about self-awareness and empathy, and those are skills that both employee and bosses need in building successful organization (McGarvey, 1997). Emotionally intelligent employee knows at which moment he has to laugh at any joke cracked by boss, also at what extent he has to share information with his colleagues. Emotions can lead to mutual trust among team members and increases productivity of team.
Employee of organization play major role for success of organization. And to achieve global success organization are once again evaluating their methods of motivation. If there is lack of motivation it can cost lot to organization. Motivation in form of rewards is now helping organization to make their employee more productive.
