Social Media has opened up a whole new world of college sport. Whether it 's for the championships, drafts, lockout, scandals or major event, social media helps teams and sports brands connect with fans and consumers like never before. I say this because in his example, he implies that everything is changing and that teammates are only bound together on the field. If this were a fact, then there would be no team chemistry whatsoever. There has to be team chemistry in order to have a successful overall team. That is why several individuals that come together to play a sport is called a 鍍eam They are bound together by their passion which is sport therefor it is inevitable that they would have chemistry. Nothing, not even social media, can come between that bond. Social media can cause distractions but if a team is as strong and tight as they should be, nothing (not even social media gossip) can break that tight relationship that teammates have. This is my thoughts on this subject. Reputations being ruined by social media can be extremely hurtful to those involved and have devastating results to an athlete 's reputation, but there have been instances where social media has been involved in life or death situations. This is why there is a debate on whether these social media sites should be able to be monitored by colleges. There are bound to be more extreme technological advances in the near future. This is promising, exciting, and scary all at the same time. According to digital media manager and speaker, Oscar Ugaz, 展e must acknowledge that digital in our industry is an investment. The real value nowadays is in the understanding of the mechanics that will shape the near future and how we can take advantage of them. This is not a solitary process.
