Question 1 a] What Factors contribute to a healthy team dynamic
Answer.. As we know, team dynamic is the invisible forces which exist in a team between different people in the group. There are some factors which contribute to a healthy team dynamic. * Personality of team members which influence in a team dynamic. * Excellent communication skills can contribute to a good team dynamic. For example, if there is no barrier of communication between the staff then there would not be any problem at all. As a result, there work will be more productive and faster. * A good leader can play imperative roles in his team which gives positive outcome. * All the team members have to avoid their laziness so that they can become more effective in their work.
Question 1b] what factors obstruct a healthy team dynamic
Answer.. However, there are some other factors which obstruct a healthy team dynamic. * If any team members are unable to fulfil his or her tasks within the prescribed time then there will be more chances to obstruct a healthy team dynamic. * Secondly, a team player is unable to perform efficiently due to miscommunication and sometimes it leads to misunderstand with others. * If they do not listen each other then it would be a hard for them in decision making. * Domination it’s also plays negative impact in the group.
Question 2] What steps would you take to encourage an innovative culture at your place of work? You may refer to your current job, a previous job, or a business you are familiar with.
Answer.. I would take few steps in order to encourage an innovative culture at my workplace which is explained below.
First of all, I need to identify what is my business goal so that I will know what steps I should take to improve my business activities.
Step 1, I will need to make sure with my employees that they well understand about what are the business goals.
