Good morning fellow class mates and Mr Crowley, World War 1 was the most famous war of all time after it had started from the assassination of, Austrian heir Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife. After that it is believed that there was a holding amount of tension between the European empires after crossing each other’s borders in competition to see who the more superior country which they then let go of that tension and it began.
Tanks were an unsuccessful piece of warfare throughout world war one as they did not contain great speed, strength and reliability which caused the army that had bought the tanks, had actually wasted millions of dollars on nothing other than a piece of useless junks which had also caused many army’s to lose battles against trench warfare after that was what the tanks were created for, which left human civilization extremely useful against the tanks in world war 1 using explosives. …show more content…
The development of tanks in World War 1 was named after a vehicle called the little Willie which was constructed at William foster co. during September 1915 the prototype of a new machine that would become the first tank to be demonstrated to the British army in February 1916. The first tanks to go into battle were ridiculously unreliable; they had many problems in which caused them bearable and considerable replacements for all tanks.
